Nomo Ramen is looking for a KP/Kitchen assistant to join our growing team. We will also develop and grow your career opportunity.
We are Dublin’s newest ramen and Japanese restaurant serving a unique menu with influences from Japan and the U.S
The Role:

- Full time
- €12 per hour + Tips
- General cleaning of kitchen equipment and keeping kitchen areas clean and tidy, so everyone works in a high standard environment.
- Assist in preparing dishes and food.
- Awareness of general hygiene and keeping the kitchen to a high standard of cleanliness
- Flexible with hours (we will provide you as fixed of a schedule we as we can)
Preferred experience:
- Previous experience working in a Kitchen (not essential)
- General knowledge of food preparation
- General knowledge of HACCP (not required)
